Email The Volmail upgrade to Office 365 is complete. Some users are reporting issues with connecting to Volmail on their mobile device. If you are having a problem connecting with your mobile device, please delete the account and use the following settings to configure a new account: Server: m.outlook.com Username: netid@utk.edu Password: NetID password If you need any help after the upgrade, please contact the OIT Helpdesk at 865-974-9900. |

Infrastructure OIT Network Services will be utilizing its Wednesday evening maintenance window of 10:00 pm to 2:00 am EDT on May 22 to perform network maintenance at the Student Services Building and Dabney-Buehler Hall. If you have any questions regarding this maintenance, please contact the OIT Helpdesk at 865-974-9900. - The network maintenance at the Student Services building will only affect the WUOT area and will result in a loss of network connectivity for that area. The rest of the building should not be impacted by this network maintenance. - The network maintenance at Dabney-Buehler Hall will result in a network outage for parts of the building, including some of the wireless coverage. |

Systems and Applications The Volmail upgrade to Office 365 is almost complete. The email accounts have been upgraded and we are working with Microsoft to finalize the configuration. Some users have reported issues connecting to Volmail on their mobile device. OIT recommends deleting and re-adding the account to resolve the issue. Please contact the HelpDesk at (865) 974-9900 with any questions. |
