The HelpDesk often receives questions that are outside of the scope of OIT services. Before you contact the OIT Help Desk, please read the following list of contact information that we have prepared for other popular question areas to see if your question might need to be directed to another point of contact.

Admission Questions:
For questions and requests regarding admission to the university, including admissions packets, you will need to contact the appropriate admissions office.

Athletics Questions:
For information on the Athletic department, men's and women's, you can visit their website at http://www.utk.edu/athletics.

Financial Aid Questions:
For information or questions regarding financial aid, including scholarships, you will need to contact the financial aid office at finaid@utk.edu.

Academic Department Questions:
If you have questions or would like information about a specific academic department, such as the Anthropology or Biology department, you can find a complete listing online at http://www.utk.edu/academics/.
