Remedy Announcements

May 16, 2008, 3:13 pm - Remedy Outage/Upgrade
Remedy services will be unavailable from Friday, May 16 at 5pm to Monday, May 19th at 8am for major upgrades.
July 12, 2007, 3:09 pm - Extended Remedy Downtime
The Remedy System will be offline beginning Friday, July 20 at 5:00 pm until 8:00 am Monday, July 23 for machine room power maintenance.
June 13, 2007, 4:05 pm - Remedy maintenance
The Remedy midtier (hawkeye) will be down this evening after 5pm for maintenance. This will affect reports and printable forms. Other Remedy service may also be unavailable.
July 31, 2006, 4:32 pm - Remedy Downtime
Remedy will be unavailable from 9:00 PM Monday July 31 until 8:00 AM Tuesday August 1.
July 10, 2006, 8:13 am - Scheduled Outage
Remedy will be down Monday, July 10 from 5:00 pm to 12:00 am July 11 for scheduled maintenance.
September 20, 2005, 10:56 am - Remedy will be Down
Due to the machine room renovation this weekend, Remedy will be unavailable beginning Friday, September 23rd. We hope to have it back up late Sunday evening.
August 12, 2005, 2:33 pm - Remedy Maintenance
The Remedy server will be down for patching beginning 5:00 p.m. on 8/12/05. We anticipate the outage to be brief.
November 10, 2004, 9:07 am - Remedy is down
Remedy is currently down due to a bad disk drive. We will post another announcement when we are back online.

September 27, 2004, 3:40 pm - Remedy Maintenance
The Remedy database (RMDY) will be patched on Wed Sept 29 at about 5:00pm. All connections to the Remedy server will be terminated at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 29th. The system will be available again at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29th.
September 22, 2004, 1:09 pm - MAINTANENCE TONIGHT
remedy.utk.edu will be offline tonight between 6pm and midnight for routine maintanence.

February 12, 2004, 8:47 am - Hawkeye
Wade Humbard will be patching Hawkeye with the new MS patches on Thursday, February 12th after 7:00 p.m.
January 8, 2004, 9:52 am - Mid-Tier (Web Portal) Update
There is a new patch to install for the Mid-Tier (Web Portal). It fixes a few known bugs. It will be installed Saturday, therefore the Web Portal will be unavailable. Any problems noticed with the Web Portal after the patch should be directed to remedy@utk.edu.

Just wanted to let everyone know that we have changed the survey process. If the customer has received a Remedy survey within the past three months, it will not send another one. If you have any questions, please contact the Remedy Team.
